What if there is bad weather?Action Charters will contact you if you need to reschedule due to bad weather. Deposits are fully refundable for bad weather (bad weather determined by Action Charters) What are we going to catch?Red Snapper, King Mackerel, Ling, Mahi Mahi, Shark, and other reef fish. How far offshore are we going?You will be fishing between 30 to 60 miles offshore. Is there a restroom on the boat?Yes, our 24 passenger Action IV boat has walk-in restroom, but our 24ft does not have a restroom. You can view pictures of the boats by clicking the About tab. What form of payment is excepted?We except personal checks, company checks, travelers check, money order, or cash. No credit cards What should we bring?Fishing License Cooler to take your fish home Food and drinks (please try to consolidate your food/drink coolers) Sunscreen/ Sunglasses Camera Can we bring our own tackle?You can bring your own rod/reel but please wait for the crew to approve your tackle before you start fishing. Treble Hooks and Trailer Hooks are not permitted. What do we do when we get there?When you arrive please park forward in the parking lot. When you unload your coolers please bring them to the back of the boat where the deck hands will load them. Sign the passenger list. Payment must be made before the boat departs Please do not board the boat until the crew says you can.
